Back squats(4 sec down, explode up,ass to grass calves touch hammies) 5/115x3, 5/135x3 Squat jumps 8x6 Russian twists 6#MB 20x3 Reverse crunch 20x3 Knee to elbow, crossover crunch 20x3 Straight leg MB sit up 20x3 Romanian deadlifts 7/135x3 Hanging power clean 5/115, 5/120, 5/125x2 wanted a third but lost form... Took too long to do, fighting off nausea the whole time, always lovely... No excuses, just finish it!

Hit the gym to hit the gym; legs are still in shaky shape and shoulders are little off. I'm more down about the legs and bummed I wasn't able to run yesterday or today. Kept things simple for this session.

Legs were definitely tired from the past several days of work; if they aren't lifting, they're running. Now they're feeling good, but didn't go for any records today at the gym.

Today's change
Pretty un-spectacular.. but no chips and dips with football today. Overall, I did good diet wise though, considering I made candied bacon (only ate half of one piece) and made bacon wrapped lil' smokies, glazed in brown sugar and maple syrup (only had one for quality control) :)
