On a Mission, 2025
ending last details to saturday's openning of Nature in Us, at José Saramago's liberary in Loures, at the 12th edition of TEATRARTES festival
simultaneously, i've been reporting the process and progress of the selection and curation of this close future exhibition. with more time and edition i will share a bit of my thoughts through out the month ^^

Another day at the gym, and it was actually a pretty good day. I did Olympic lifting today, and it was actually really good. I did snatch, power clean, and clean and jerk. What I like about these moves is that even at a low weight they still felt satisfying to do. Most likely owning to the fact that I haven't done them before. Still, I felt my shoulders being worked in a way that was different from your traditional shoulder press. I enjoyed the fact that it exists on the opposite side of powerlifting, focusing more on technique and explosive power as opposed to powerliftings focus on raw strength and power. While Olympic lifts will never be my focus - I'm not as big a fan of high speed technical moves. Prefering to keep my lifts simple and heavy. - see the value in training Olympic lifts, and using the as support lifts to help build strength for strongman.
