Matt giving Keyleth, even though the campaign is over, a happy ending during campaign 2 just makes me so happy. Keyleth’s ending was so bittersweet, she was left with responsibilities to lead her people, outliving her friends and losing the love of her life. Giving Keyleth her mother back gives her a happy ending.

And Matt didn’t toss that away just because the campaign ended, he held onto it because he still loves all their characters and them.
