Yes you are Cedric. You are ancient, a fossil.
“A fossil am I? Inconceivable. What rot.”
“Listen, you want to know the secret of why I retain my youth? Simply good genetics and a dose of magic. Fascinating, isn't it?”

Yes you are Cedric. You are ancient, a fossil.
“A fossil am I? Inconceivable. What rot.”
“Listen, you want to know the secret of why I retain my youth? Simply good genetics and a dose of magic. Fascinating, isn't it?”
You are such an old man Cedric.
"I am not. Just how old do you think I am?" Truthfully, the sorcereer isn't much older than the King. His hair may have the prominent white streak — a remmant from a magical diaster from his childhood, but his face didn't have the tale tale signs of aging, no crows feet at his eyelids, nor any wrinkles, which, was a blessing at least.
"You know, they say that with old age comes wisdom." He said, a trifle testingly, "I may not look as old as my father, but, I prefer to think of myself having an 'old soul'. but, it doens't mean I'm senile, quitre from it!"

" Why are you so poor?" As far as she's concerned poor people live in the village and yet here is living in the castle. The princess is looking at him very judgementally. James bursts into a fit of giggles somehow finding this very funny.
“Where on earth did you get that assumption? Your father employs me. I make a living. Do you really think a poor person could afford this equipment?” Cedric states, more incredulous than angry. The young monarch can be forgiven for this minor transgression; she grew up around money and wealth, so it's only natural for her to ask questions.
“It's not a laughing matter, James.” He sniffed, the indignation worming its way in. Whilst he may make a living as the Court's Sorcerer, he isn't rolling in luxury. The cauldron was a hand-down from his father, and some books were loaned or brought in. Still, it's an honest living, something Cedric was particularly proud of. “Have you even spoken to them?” The villagers, he means. “They might be able to teach you a lesson.”

" Cedric!" Amber bursts into his his basement casually letting herself into his basement. Will she ever just knock? never. Could she be here to ask for his magical assistance again for one of her selfish deeds or urges? who knows.
Cedric spluttered as he always did when someone, usually of higher rank than he, barged into his humble quarters. Such occurrences were surprisingly commonplace, although nevertheless intrusive.
“Can I help you, Princess?” His tone is clipped, leaden with weariness. Wormwood shifted on his perch, black eyes studying her with interest. “You know there is a brass knocker for a reason,” he said, finally, a frown fixed on his features, followed by a look of disapproval. “You wouldn't be skirting your duties, now, would you?” It isn't his place, but he isn't the one to let such interference slide. What's one more mark against him? The castle barely trusts him to take a breath, much less do his duties as a court sorcerer. “Make it quick. I have many things to attend to today.”

Felix liked to believe he could locate Cedric in any crowd. Regardless of magic, or how well he knew the dragon, he had a habit of causing trouble, and chaos that was all too easy to zero in on. Even though the current crowd was decidedly well behaved, talking quietly, and sipping on champagne, he heard a familiar laugh and immediately knew Cedric was nearby. Finishing what was left in his glass, he set it down on the nearest surface, slipping between partygoers until Cedric finally came into view. He could still remember the first time they met. Cedric had managed to get his tail tangled in an underpass pigeon net. A pre rolled joint, and an hour of feeding pigeons was apparently all you needed to build a solid friendship. That and a hastily cast spell to de tangle a dragon tail and lower said dragon to the ground. It was technically ancient history, but that didn’t mean he was ever going to let his friend forget it. Sneaking up behind him, he reached over Cedric’s head to cover his eyes, resting his chin against his shoulder as he grinned. “Guess who.” He teased.

As soon as Hugo got the note from Cedric he was running from is dorm and down to the kitchens. He got a plate of chocolate chip cookies whipped up as quick as a flash. He even made hot chocolate and put it in a thurmis so Cedric could enjoy something hot and sweet. Once that was done, the boy ran as fast as he could to the Hospital Wing.
“C-Cedric?!” The scared Hufflepuff called, looking around the large space for his favorite Gryffindor. His hazel brown eyes searched every bed until he found the person he was really looking for. Then he saw him and Hugo’s heart nearly fell out of his chest. “Cedric!” He scurried through the Hospital Wing to Cedric’s bed. “Wh-What happened to you?!” He said as he rapidly put the things he brought down on Cedric’s bedside table and giving him a gentle hug by resting his head on his chest.
Hugo, baby, what's wrong? Who pissed you off? It wasn't me was it?
"N-No.. I'm.. I'm okay, honest Cedric... I-I'll be okay.. It wasn't you though! I promise! I-it is never you.."
