Marcello had his hands shoved deep into his pockets, noticeably irritated that his parents were parading him around the room to socialize and mingle with the other parents. His gaze barely lifted from the floor until he heard his father greet another family. “Mr. Kim,” his father’s gruff voice called, and Marcello’s eyes immediately shot up to look at the man whose kids Marcello was constantly pestering. Whatever associations his father had with the Kim family, he was not eager to have his actions pushed in the middle of it. “I’m leaving. Bathroom,” he quipped nonchalantly, quickly turning on his heels to admittedly run away from the Kim’s. Except he felt his mother tightly grasp his shoulder, a warning that he would undoubtedly pay if he were to leave now.
“Your daughter looks absolutely ravishing, doesn’t she, Marcello?”his mother said coolly, her cold eyes turning and peering into her son’s as she practically forced him to agree. “Yes,” he eventually forced out quietly, knowing his respond failed to meet the expectations of his mother. Regardless of how upset his parents would be, he wasn’t going to boost Sora’s ego even more than it already was.
“Do you feel okay?” Sora pushed Bae’s forehead with with two fingers seeing if he was steady or if he’d fall onto his back. “Why were you drinking alone?”
Two fingers and over Bae went onto the grass behind him. He tried not to, but Sora knew well that he was kind of clumsy . . .Certainly the alcohol was far from better. “I-It was an accident . . . This person in the market place offered me a drink and told me it was water. When I said it tasted strange, they told me the taste got better with time and . . . The grass is soft.”
“alright sora” zai says taking a seat at one of the seats for the water race, “i hope you’re ready, because i’m not going easy on you” he challenges her, though they both probably knew, she’d be leaving with a stuffed animal regardless.
“Hey Sora! Where are you off to today?” Xion greeted with a wave. Ever since the end of the Keyblade War, the guardians of Light seemed to keep themselves busy with training and checking up on the status of the worlds they’d visited. Sora may not have been an official Master, but his missions were on the same level as Riku and Aqua nonetheless. Xion didn’t mind training with Lea and Kairi, but going to the same place day after day got kind of old.
“Mind if I tag along? Merlin’s great, but I think it’s time I practiced in the field. We can get ice cream when we’re done with errands, too. My treat!” It was an old habit, getting ice cream after missions, but she was fond of it. She wondered if Sora had ever been to eat ice cream from the station tower; he might have some echoes of memories, but Xion felt that it needed to be experienced firsthand. “I want to see more of the worlds you’ve explored! I’ve read through the journals on the gummiphone, and it all sounds so exciting! Please?”
So much to do so little time. It was amazing that Olivia could get any sleep when her mind kept thinking about one thing. How much mischief could she cause the next day? What poor person would be in for it tomorrow? Where would she be when it happened? Olivia certainly had a one track mind nowadays. Not that it bothered her. After being a glorified prisoner, Olivia was finally getting to do what she had wanted to.
Olivia was now staring at the shoreline, ready to make her way up and out of the water. As she pulled her body out of the lake, Olivia made sure to get at least a foot away from the water to allow her body to dry off. Once she was completely dried her legs reappeared along with the outfit she hadn’t see in ages. It still looked great on her.
Olivia turned to look at the entrance to the forest it seemed so massive to her, so foreign, so new. Her thoughts were so disrupted when she heard the sound of a head poke out of the water. “You can come out Sora, I know it’s you.” Like it was Sora, coming to check up on her once again.

when: during fire evacuation.
where: luxor courtyard.
Upon hearing the evacuation alarm for the fire, Marcello couldn’t find it in himself to be surprised that the Crusade’s shenanigans were gaining traction. Perhaps he was becoming numb to the constant feeling of terror, but it felt useless to look over his shoulder when he already knew enemies were lurking in the darkness. Marcello felt only mildly inconvenienced as he exited the building, shuffling behind the line of students practically pushing to exit the building. He walked over to a less crowded area of the courtyard, his hands in his pockets as he searched the worried faces of his peers. His eyes fluttered to a familiar brunette girl, who was being rather vocal about this grueling experience. Marcello let out a huff at the sight of Sora, rolling his eyes at her dramatic demeanor. Despite his irritation with her from afar, a part of him was intent on pissing her off if only to get back at her for game night. The fact that she had somehow deluded herself into thinking he did it was pitiful and disrespectful. Marcello was not keen on letting his grudge go so easily, and he found himself walking toward Sora despite his rationality screaming at him not to. “Are you even capable of shutting your mouth?” he deadpanned, his eyes fiery with resentment.
“You don’t have to talk, we can just sit together.”

Sora looked at the other boy and nodded, a small smile crossing his face. It was just what he needed.
“Yeah, I’d like that.
Baelfire let his own small smile tug at his lips as a little shrug pulled his shoulders up and down. “We can sit here in silence as long as you’d like, okay? You don’t have to rush to say what’s on your mind. I promise.”
