As we get into August and (sorry to say) the days get shorter, we are starting to take bookings for Night Ratings at Teesside International Airport to start around the second week of September ..... The Night Rating can be added onto your Private Pilot License and allows you to fly at night (after sunset), opening up many more flying opportunities. The course is a minimum of 5 hours night flying, including at least three hours dual instruction. One hour cross-country navigation and 5 solo take-offs and five full-stop landings.
