Czap Books at CAB Nov. 5th â Table D27
Hey hey! It's that wonderful time of year ago when we trek to Williamsburg to the Mt. Carmel Church for an overwhelming day of comics! That's right, it's Comic Arts Brooklyn and Czap Books is officially tabling again.
It's also the third anniversary of Ley Lines, and we're celebrating with the debut of "Enter, Holy Pilgrim" by Laila Milevski (Ley Lines 9). The final title of our 2016 schedule, this one is a gorgeous account of a pilgrimage to witness the once-state-of-the-art technology of Gothic Architecture. We couldn't be happier to share this one with you, and CAB is the perfect opportunity to get the full 2016 slate.
We'll be in the basement level at table D27, so please do stop by
MEANWHILE
On the opposite side of the country, on the same day, our dear friend Laura Knetzger will be tabling at Short Run! She'll have everything great that she makes, including new issues of Bug Boys and Sea Urchin. Laura has been kind enough to also lend table space to Czap Books, and will have copies of Bug Boys vol. 1 and Ãlcera for sale at table C16. That's right, we're having it all!
Both shows look fantastic with outstanding lineups, so no matter which coast you're on, you win! If you're stuck in the midwest, it seems the best option for you is to go to North Dakota to lend support.
Titan issue 4 will be released this weekend at TWO shows: @comicartsbrooklyn and @shortrunseattle! Iâll be in NYC for Comic Arts Brooklyn at the Press Gang table (U35), meanwhile my homies Zack Soto, Jason Leivian, and Jason Fischer will be representing in Seattle at Short Run table N:80!
âThe latest work from rising star Liam Cobb, winner of the 2016 ELCAF Audience award for his self-published Shampoo, The Fever Closing is a hallucinatory masterpiece, charting the unanticipated events that follow a young man's arrival at a luxurious island costume party.â
