With the whole Cabal alliance and Valus Forge's promotion, Cabal/guardian relations are encouraged to strengthen the alliance.

You're frequently assigned to the same missions as you work well together, which leads to you helping patch up your Cabal s/o afterwards.

Cabal have an extensive amount of courting rituals, so you do need to get a pamphlet on everything. But don't worry, they're easy to follow! Except for the dances.

Please don't forget that they are much stronger than you - even if you're a titan. Death by cuddles is fun, but traumatizing for your s/o

Stick to letting them be the big spoon or laying on their chest.

Cabal bath a lot to stay moist so you will be far cleaner than you were before. Their nightly rituals consist of bathing, working oils into their skin, and eventually finding their way back to bed.

It's a very calming way to wind down.

Without a doubt, they will want to show off their partner's strength so they will invite you to spar with them quite a bit.

Cabal live really long lives, so you don't have to worry about blinking and missing the relationship. Still, treasure each moment like it's the last as the Cabal lead dangerous lives and so do you.

Not sure if you’ve done him before, but what about Variks s/o headcanons? (With either a humanoid, other Eliksni, or even potentially Cabal?)

Cabal because old man needs someone strong and big.

They'd been stationed on Europa to keep an eye on the pyramid and help protect it from Loyalists.

They hadn't intentionally made friends with the old Eliksni scribe who was staying in the bunker, he'd just offered them shelter when a particularly nasty blizzard picked up.

That was the start of the end. After spending two days with the ancient Eliksni they gained a sense of respect for him.

He also made really good cocoa.

So they kept coming back when there were blizzards or when they needed to unthaw. He was always happy to see them, telling stories of guardians who'd passed through and not pushing them for conversation.

Eventually, even they started telling him of their past. He would write it down, recording each battle-torn memory they let resurface with an insufferable amount of patience.

It was a slow progression, but the two eventually started to develop feelings for each other despite their differences.

Of course both keep this a closely guarded secret, but if you're on Europa and you notice a Cabal duck out of Variks' house, do them both the courtesy of keeping it to yourself.

So I read deep explorer and I love how it’s just Calus’ post partum depression. It also leaves it so vague that you can’t properly tell if female cabal carry young at all or if male cabal do. Or if they just hand them over at 8 weeks like “here you deal with it”.

i entered Helm for the first time this season and I,,the fucking two cabal standing there? Bro their biceps and the way they turned their head to look at me😩

also I like the little touch of that little shower thing they both stand infront of. It’s not like “oh shove in your face aliens have different biological stuff” but like it’s really casual and in the background.

But yeah I was like “this is my new home” the first time I saw them. So tall… so beefy… they should be added to the tower but I think Bungie knows about our thirsty asses.

Mpreg. It's literally canonized in the Deep Explorer gear that Calus carried Caialt in his pouch. Meaning male cabal act like seahorses and are technically the ones pregnant. I'm not sure if it's a full-term pregnancy as I haven't read the entry and only know the pieces that are floating around. Regardless, Male cabal carry children and I think that's absolutely lovely.
