As she towers over the city, a halo of sword surrounds her.
Floating tombs emerge from shadows of her cloaked wings.
A goddess with her angels descend from the heavens.

And I know in my heart, she has always been the idol, the goddess, the ideal of my People.
I raise my cleaver, it was my mother's and hers before and now it's mine, and it will either be by me when I fall or it will be covered in the chitin and Ichor of my foes.

Sorry to bother, but do you have any extra information about Torobatl lying around? The wikis seem to be really lacking in information about it
Not much else unfortunately! I really wish we got more about it. There's only ever very vague descriptions of city streets and palaces and stuff like that.
I can think of some interesting murals that you could see on the Leviathan during the raid and the Menagerie activity:

The thing that looks like a big cave is probably the creature, the landwhale, that the Leviathan was modelled after! It was in the concept art.
This gives us an idea of what the cities look like, as well as the environment. The trees are also interesting in the mural because the same trees can be seen in the Leviathan so presumably they were taken from Torobatl:
There seems to be a lot of open spaces and a lot of gardens and foliage. Caiatl remembers it as a place of "greens and blues." Seems to have been a really rich and lush place. The decorations on the Leviathan also show this:
A lot of weird creatures with Leviathan-shaped mouths, war beasts, various plants. This is distinctly Calus' style so we can't tell if Torobatl was usually decorated like this as well (most likely only during Calus' reign), but it shows the richness of life that was probably everywhere on the planet and the city. Also, puppies! We know from Caiatl that those were used as pets.
Some other cool concept art that shows a lot of the Leviathan designs which may be indicative of Torobatl and it may not. Depends on if Calus wanted to replicate Torobatl he knew, or if he is the one that re-designed Torobatl to his taste and it doesn't usually look like that. However, the spaces being big and monumental with a lot of pillars and machinery and massive structures seems to fit regardless of the overall aesthetic.

“Dissolution.”
“Yeah. What is that?”
“You know, like dissolving. Breaking up. Melting down. Going away. The kind of thing we’re going to have to start worry about any day now once the Hive war god grows tired of stomping around in the ashes of Torobatl.”
“Oh. Well, you’re right: that doesn’t sound too good.”
