Bathroom remodel finally complete. A deodar cedar live edge slab countertop sits atop a custom vanity, made from the same two 1913 tobacco barn boards that also make up the medicine cabinet, which features a salvaged door of wormy chestnut--a species that all but died out by 1940 because of a Japanese fungal blight. The poplar cookie shelves are a nice touch but a nightmare to mount. Slate tile is from the @wakerestore Last pic is the before.
