Kerala HC Upholds Nod to Reliance Jio for providing 4G Services
The Kerala High Court on Tuesday, 4 August 2015 in a judgment titled ‘Cable T.V. Operators Association Vs. State of Kerala‘ upheld the government order granting permission to Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd (RJIL) for drawing optical fibre cables along electric posts in the State for providing 4G service.
