Ingredients: 12 slider rolls. 12 slices Cabot Pepper Jack cheese. 1/2 cup butter, softened. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon hot sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium heat. In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper until well combined. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, and spread the spicy butter mixture evenly on the inside of each roll. Place a slice of Cabot Pepper Jack cheese on the bottom half of each roll. Top the cheese with the top half of the rolls to make sliders. Place the sliders on the grill or griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the rolls are toasted and the cheese is melted and gooey. If desired, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top of the sliders for added flavor. Remove from the grill or griddle and serve hot.
