#cactus identification

Help with ID: someone gave me this cactus and it grew a little over the winter. Are there any cactus specialists out there who can tell me what it is?

I'm thinking about moving and was wondering what type of cactus this is? I've had it for about 7-9 years and I'd need to know how tall it's gonna grow so I can figure out if I would need to make a greenhouse outside if its gonna be like 10ft tall, or just bigger indoor pots and such for offshoots.

Anyone happen to know what kind of plant this lil dude is? I found it on the floor of a store but didn't see anything similar nearby. Some kind of succulent or cactus but anyone know specifics?

Sorry if this picture isn't too helpful but can anyone help me ID this little guy please? I think it may be a Mammillaria coahuilensis but i'm not at all sure. Thanks!
