Gina entró en enero en la Perrera de Inca, entró muy relajada, pero a medida que pasan los días, se va estresando, GINA es de los perros que el estar encerrados le pasa factura. Tiene fobia a la jaula. NO necesita licencia. Necesita salir, que poco a poco se vaya relajando, y que coja confianza de nuevo. Quieres conocer a este bomboncito? Ahora tiene unos 2 años y pico. Harry no ha tenido suerte, junto su compañera Asia, son los veteranos de la perrera de Inca. Yesterday at 2:38pm our sweet-boy Pono got his angel wings. He passed in our arms at home surrounded by all our LOVE 💕 The beginning of the end all started with a limp, that got worse. He was diagnosed in Oct with Osteosarcoma. At first we thought it was a false positive, but quickly learned it was not. Because of his size, age & degenerating hips he was not a candidate for surgery that could have possibly given us a year. He fought valiantly against it. I saw his pic on FB (upper left). I quickly sent his pic/post to hubby & said it’s his choice. You see he grumbled that I’ve chosen all of our dogs. He texted me back with, “we’re picking him up on Saturday (2-days). I was sure he’d say no you crazy woman, we got enough dogs/animals, but NOPE!! We drove the nearly 2 hours to get him. When we met him, he of course was a little apprehensive. Like who are these 2? We loaded him in & drove him HOME 🏡. Because he had been in a shelter, we had to quarantine him from our dogs for 14 DAYS!! By day 12 he was saying enough. I hear dogs upstairs I want to become part of the pack. From that day till yesterday, he was always with us. He fitted in just fine. Finding his spot & melding in perfectly. We were told due to his age, don’t be surprised if he’s not as playful or want to play like our younger ones. Again NOPE! He loved to play & had size on his size 🤣💗. He learned to LOVE his weekend marrow bones. Going on walks on the farm, the pole barn, the chickens & just being with his humans. He loved to snuggle & it was always so cute & endearing to watch him pull his large body onto the sofa & then drop like a rock right next to me & put his head on my lap. Probably the one thing I’ll miss the most. That was our special time together. The last month & week has been rough. Many highs & way too many lows. Hoping against hope, even calling our vet nearly begging to do the surgery.
