I love how supportive and thoughtful they are ... They knew he was involved, Iruma's reaction just proved it, but they chose to move on the moment they see how distressed he is about the whole thing...
I love the misfits so much

Jade Shadows Constellations rambling. Just straight up train of thought about the update. Because I remembered this is my blog and I'm allowed to post my opinions.
Profoundly mid quest that DID make me cry like a baby. DE's writing can be pretty hit or miss but lord they're good at the tearjerkers. Hunhow's sacrifice felt like a decent turn for him, and I loved his monologue. It also completely out of nowhere as we have Natah as an example of something similar that ties it together decently. Hunhow the sentient architect of worlds I will always love you
The whole thing feels like it could have benefitted from being a little longer and a bit insignificant amount of more time in the oven. The pacing was break neck, which has been an issue for a while, and we barely got to learn anything about Sirius and Orion or the new protos, which blows because what we did get seems like it could be pretty interesting. It was nice to see Umbra again and also get confirmation that he really does just hang out on the orbiter, but he was really underutilised as just the babysitter. This was a really good quest for him to be in but he just kinda. Wasn't.
The protos would have benefitted a lot from the KIM system. I guess I can only hope that they get expanded more in later content but. They should have had some character in their own update yk? Their designs go hard as hell imo so it's a shame we know nothing about them.
Doubly so for the brothers, they should have had their own sections of the quest at least, hell I wouldn't even be mad if they got a KIM system as well since we know they're sentient. For something that served basically as a frame quest for them we truly learn fuckall about them. Their designs rule though, they mix Stalker's and Jade's features pretty well. Seeing them next to stalker is very funny though. Best example of old frame design principles Vs the new.
I cannot believe Jade is still in the fridge. I'm so sorry sweetie you were yet again used as a prop. With all the eternalism bullshit going on they could have found a way to bring you back. She's such a fascinating character and they keep giving her nothing! She had very little agency in JS, and even less in Constellations. Justice for Jade damnit. (In the same vein, Praghasa gets mentioned by Hunhow. What the fuck happened to her anyway? DE please stop shelving the mothers)
The railjack quests are like. Fine. i enjoyed them more than most railjack stuff but it felt very linear. I also wish their railjacks/areas were more customised instead of having them both just be regular railjacks and purely corpus based tilesets (Vena is literally called the Kuva Wytch why is her shit all corpus smh my head)
I think that's basically it. Anyway. It's important for me to share that Orion is really fucking short. I am a simple man and I love the short angry character trope. Heeheehoohoo.
So. Uh. Who's gonna be the one to tell Lotus about her dad getting void dementia?
I will always love Mairuma for how protective they are of kids... It's so typical for Shonen manga to just let the kids do everything while the adults are just.. there... But here? Every time, the adults are always there to make sure the kids are okay!! That they're resting, that they're safe... It's so important to meee
I can't believe Shakky and Rock being exes is actually canon this is the funniest timeline
It's so selfish of Will, too, to keep clinging on Montresor. Maybe because he assumes Montresor doesn't care about him melting, maybe he assumes that he's not important enough, to him.
Montresor isn't even looking at him, so it's fine, right? And so he keeps hugging him, clinging to him...
And it's so selfish of Montresor, too, to not push Will away. Despite knowing he's dooming him, slowly killing him... He still lets him cling to him, depend on him.
What if Will walks up to the mirror one day and he can't help but see another version of him, the one that died... He's looking into his own dead eyes, into his own blood stained clothes... The blood is falling from his lips and he can't help but take a startled step back. What was that? What was that?
Do you guys remember this
Can we talk about how, pre-finale, we thought the Vees turning their backs on Vox would be the reason for his fall? But when it came down to it, their "betrayal" (Velvette kicking him off the weapon, and Valentino ripping his head off) was actually what saved him? What kept him alive? Because I'm normal about it
