During one of Caesar’s lessons, the tension between them boils over with a kiss, and it’s never spoken about out loud.

From then on, the two continue about their unspoken intimacy with no labels or explanations.

One day, the two of them are questioned about their relationship by a stranger at dinner, causing an awkward response from Caesar and a definite “There’s nothing between us,” from Lisa Lisa.

When Jospeh arrives in need of help, Caesar and Lisa Lisa no longer have the time for affection like they used to. Caesar knows better than to spill the details of his “relationship” with their sensei, until he discovers that she’s actually Joseph’s mother. With that knowledge, Caesar just can’t help but mention that he’s had a few goes with Joseph’s hot mama ;)

This is what happens if you listen to an OPM song on loop: you'll want to end up doing feelsy works because most OPM is pretty damn feelsy.  But basically, this was meant to be a "what if" scenario where instead of Caesar getting killed by Wamuu, what if it was his beloved teacher? (Who I admittedly ship him with) 

I don't think he'd ever be able to forgive himself if that happened.
