100% think this isn't over for the Legion. In fact, from the blast, I think a handful survived the blast. Meaning I think they might be smart enough to share this info with the surviving team on the other side. So I don't think the poor NCR in the area are gonna stay unless the Ghoul told a lie on where they were or NCR already moved, knowing the Ghoul wasn't fully their ally anymore.

True. The Ghoul had the audacity to call the NCR the “good guys” so he may have told them a lie, but if I know Cooper Howard it’s that his sense of sentimentality is fleeting at best. But yeah, it’s not like my boys to just die off so easily. Besides, the NCR are so far up their own assholes that I could make an argument for either possibility being true. Coop is fed up with them, and I really don’t blame him one bit.

Quite frankly, though, if Bethesda winds up mischaracterizing the NCR and starts sucking them off narratively, I’ll rise from the grave and beat the shit out of Todd Howard myself.
