I quite like Atomic coffee, so I was keen to try this place when I noticed they had a little “atomic” sign near the entrance. It didn’t disappoint the first time!
Went back a second time, and had a piccolo. The coffee that day was a bit nutty, which I’m not generally a fan of, but I still wouldn’t mind going back to this place!

Holm, Auckland CBD. They have free wi-fi, so I like to go here with my laptop once in a while and do some work. Used to get their batch brew, but lately, I’ve been switching it up for the flat white.

Kokako Organic, Grey Lynn.
The first time I went here, it was mostly empty, and my friend and I tried the batch brew, which was good! The second time, I went during brunch hours, so it was quite busy! But the coffee was still good!
I generally prefer going to cafes when they are empty, and quieter, than when they are busy and noisy.
