i genuinely adore @hiddengills because remy is everything! he’s soft and strong and kind hearted and he’s basically everything i adore in a character and my dash is not complete without both of those lovely people on it. it’s obvious that trevor loves him. it shows through every sentence on that blog. i also quite admire the way remy’s lore is set up and the npcs of his world are so much fun! also, sidenote: remy and sansa? my new otp. consider me all the way on board, hahaha! ;D ps: thank you for going !! when i debuted my oc with meaghan rath’s fc. it really warmed my heart. one day we’ll have savitri & remy shenanigans, i promise you! ;P

@venturousheart‘s clara is basically canon clara to me and i can say that because i’ve only seen two whole episodes of dw in my entire life. i wanted to watch it on netflix but then netflix was like: “um, no.” and now i rely on feegle to take me by the hand and introduce me to the dw world ;P and the way feegle’s done that is spectacular! clara is something that i’ve always been searching for: she’s brown and she’s not straight and i’ve only had one character on western tv who was indian and not straight so feegle’s interpretation of clara really just touches me. furthermore, feegle’s the actual sweetest! because i said something in the tags about being sad and not even five seconds later, feegle’s there with a funny video. thank you so much for that! <3 i love you and clara both. you’re both staples on my dash. on all of the dashes on all the blogs i have or will have. ps: i love the dynamic clara has with tiny ud!

the last one goes out to @maternalwarmth​ because, you know what, i’m gonna say it: may parker is your oc now. you love her so much, you respect her so much and it really does show through your writing, whether it’s ic or ooc. besa, you’re such a bright light on my dash and for that i thank you. you’re always there with a positivity post or words of advice.

zanna was the first hunter of artemis aileen ever met. during her first few months of self-exile from camp, aileen had run into some trouble and zanna was the one who had helped her out, saving her from a particularly tricky situation. a feat that was only possible thanks to zanna’s extreme strength. even for a demigoddess and hunter of artemis, zanna had such strength, something aileen has never seen in anyone else. 

the hunter had been on her way back to regroup with the other hunters. therefore, the encounter between the two only lasted as long as it took aileen to get back on her feet. during the few days they spend together, aileen had slowly opened up to zanna. both spoke of the troubles they’d faced, why zanna joined the hunters and why aileen refused to go back to camp half-blood. 

seeing as how aileen had held her own, zanna had been impressed by the young demigod. she offered aileen a place amongst the hunters right before she left to join the rest. at that time, aileen was still not sure if she could control her magic and didn’t want to risk anyone else’s lives, so she declined for the time being. they went their separate ways after that.  

it was years before they finally met again. this time, zanna wasn’t travelling alone but was accompanying sasha who had only recently joined the hunters herself. zanna had become close friends with sasha in the short time they had known each other and so it was a personal favour that made zanna join sasha for the hunt of aileen. after recognising aileen instantly as the girl who had refused to come to safety and who had apparently survived years out on her own, zanna again offered aileen a place with the hunters now even more sure this girl was meant to join them. this time, aileen was ready and took the pledge.  

zanna spent majority of her life oblivious to who her godly-parent was. there were suspicions that it was ares, but zanna was never really bothered by not knowing. she knew her strengths and weaknesses and that was enough. finally after roughly sixty years of showing her undying strength and unyielding spirit, did her mother claim her. zanna found out she was a daughter of BIA, greek goddess of force and power. 

aileen always either pairs up with sasha or zanna. often, the three of them will go on hunts together. they are perfectly in tune with each other when it comes to fighting, and in general. on a hunt, they barely need to speak to each other. they just know what needs to be done.

◊: do you bing-reply or prefer reply-queueing?

i usually tend to write a few replies and queue them. sometimes i’ll leave answered replies sitting in my drafts for a bit because i sometimes get slightly overwhelmed with the amount of drafts i have etc. some of my partners are super fast, so if i post them straight away, there’s no way i can get my drafts down

☺: do you prefer memes, or plots?

i think i prefer memes. although i like both, memes are just really easy ice-breakers/conversation starters. to me it’s a lot easier to experiment with different situations through memes. 

☼: which tropes do you find overused/boring?

the only thing i can think of would be overpowered demigod/superhero, but then i think i am guilty of that as well. i find it quite boring if there never seems to be a struggle in using the powers or consequences, but it’s something i need to explore more myself. 

♀: what is an AU, you really want to play with your muse?

if i can ever think of how to fit her in the m.arvel universe, i think i would really like playing that. or just her being a very mundane teenager, that would be quite fun to play as well. 

♠: how many muses do you have?

brandon wilson, son of hypnos, alive

aileen and brandon met while aileen was living outside of camp halfblood by herself. she came across him and the satyr tasked with bringing brandon to camp. aileen helped the satyr bring the always tired teen to camp before leaving them. the two lost contact as she moved further away from the camp, but aileen could not forget him, in the brief time they had travelled together they had become friends. brandon reached out to aileen before she returned to camp as a hunter, confessing that he had been claimed by hypnos.  

the first time she returned as a hunter, he was hurt by her decision. he was her friend and now she had joined a group who did not look kindly upon the boys in camp. brandon is one of the few people aileen felt she wanted to explain her reasoning. so she told him her story, everything from the moment she first came to camp, to when she left and now returned. shocked by what she had gone through, his feelings quickly changed to being a supportive and loyal friend. 

after aileen discovers she has limited powers of dream manipulation, she reaches out to brandon. this power scaring her, as it mainly happens when she is asleep and has no control over it. whenever aileen visits camp half-blood, and later new rome as brandon decided to go study there, aileen seeks him out. practicing her dream manipulation powers together with him, they grow closer over time. both reaching out to the other whenever doubts cloud their minds and follow them in the dreamworlds. aileen clings on to this friendship, but the reality is between them everytime they meet again. aileen is stuck in time whereas brandon is not. he is aging, and someday she will lose this friendship too.

“what is the likelihood that there is a creature in these parts of the country that is poisonous?” it was always helpful to know if there were any poisonous creatures, her knowledge of filipino creatures wasn’t as good as her greek. she grew up around the greek monsters, knew majority of the weaknesses and strengths of the monsters. it was dangerous to be in the dark about the creatures here. “also, i think i will also need your doctor expertise. healing magic is great, but it’s useless if you can’t reach.” she had ensured that she hadn’t turned her back to him. that her signature silver jacket, was slowly turned red as it covered her shoulders and the torn t-shirt underneath.

“out of everything, that’s what you want to know?” aileen couldn’t help but laugh, out of everything he could ask her, that was his first question. “i would say spiked is a very strong word,” she chuckled. “it was nectar that i put in it. it’s the drink of the gods, any small amount can heal a demigod. it changes it, the taste. nectar and ambrosia taste different to everyone, it tastes of a person’s favourite food or drink.” she had always been amazed by the effect of nectar and ambrosia, and how it worked. “for me, it made the coffee taste like sago at gulaman.”
