Every two years a raincloud appears in a bubble around each and every person and rains. For every word that comes out if their mouth during those two years, a 100 raindrops then falls as a punishment for their blasphemy.

Some people immediately stopped talking entirely out of fear, resorting to other forms of communication.

But lots of fools also mocked their gods even more, running their mouths night & day only to eventually drown in their own words when the two year mark finally came.
