Take his Oscar away when rapist and abusers still have there. What he did was wrong but it’s looks hypocritical
It doesn't because as repugnant as what those people did may be, none of them did what they did on the Oscar stage in the middle of the telecast. Should they still face some sort of disciplinary action based on the Code Of Conduct? I haven't read it. I don't know what falls under it but I'm guessing they could find something. Perhaps. I also don't believe the people everyone keeps bringing up have ever been convicted of anything (C@sey Affl3ck for example) so it's unfortunately quite difficult to take action against them based on an allegation.
On the other hand, they can and should take action for what happened AT THEIR SHOW. In front of millions of people. This dude assaulted a man ON THEIR FUCKING STAGE. That can't go unpunished.
The internet loves to work in black and white and doesn't understand that the world doesn't run in "Yes" or "No". It's much more complex than that. The other instances are not as clear cut as you try to make them seem. Will is VERY FUCKING clear cut. If Chris had pressed charges that's an open and shut assault case for any DA. There's no nuance there like there should be no nuance for The Academy in revoking that Oscar.

Honestly what upsets me the most is that I’ll never see Ben in his Batsuit being princess carried by Henry in his Superman suit.

it’s been a long time since they last saw each other. too long, really. as henry reunites with ben on the red carpet, cameras flashing all around them, he wants to do so much more than politely hug him with one arm and say, “hello”. but he can’t, of course, because the whole world is watching them, eyes glued to their every move.
when they pull out of the hug just a moment later, henry can see his same longing reflected in ben’s eyes. a small smile and nod, and henry gets the message - later.
the rest of the night goes without a hitch, though every subtle touch between them has henry nearly collapsing, wanting to fall right into ben’s arms and hold him close so they never have to be apart again. but, of course, he can’t do that (yet).
when the night does draw to a close, and they’re all sent back to their hotel, henry once again nearly falls to his knees in relief. he can hear ben laughing at his visible relief, which only turns his cheeks red.
the door to ben’s hotel room is just shut behind them when henry lets his previous demeanor go, wrapping his arms around ben’s waist and sighing, his breath tickling the back of the older man’s neck.
“you’re really impatient, aren’t you?” ben asks teasingly.
“it’s been too long,” henry replies simply. ben huffs out a laugh, turning in the embrace. they stare at each other for barely a moment before henry’s stretching up onto his toes to pull ben into a kiss, which the other man is quick to return. henry all but melts under ben’s touch as one hand cups his cheek, running over the scruff-covered skin, the other sliding through his product-filled curls.
when they pull back a few moments later, breathing heavily, ben winces as he wipes his hand on the shoulder of henry’s overly expensive suit jacket. now henry’s the one to laugh.
“i’m going to have to pay for that, you know,” he says.
“i’ll pay for it,” ben says. “i got money.” henry snorts.
“why thank you, mr. wayne,” he says. ben laughs and henry smiles before they’re kissing again, both smiling into each other’s mouths. ben has just a hint of awareness to know to lock the door for the night - keeping anyone, with or without a key, from barging into the room - before he’s being pulled away and guided towards the bed, where he knows he and henry will stay for the next several hours to come.
He’s telling him exactly how Batman can make Superman... submit ^_^ ~
