1. I gave Clavi Gnat some armor because its shiny. And insects have exoskeletons which are shiny. AND I needed to make her look more different from some of my other humanizations. I changed her arm thingies so they look less like Floot Fly’s thingies. I changed her hairstyle as well, giving it two spherical whatchamacallits to act as a replacement for bows or hairties. And of course, her pigtails are meant to resemble her limbs in her monster form / original version.
2. Honestly, whenever I draw a face for Floot Fly (human), it feels really weird and wrong. My solution? Ignoring it completely!!! I also tried to make his jacket resemble the faerie element symbol, hopefully thats clear enough. I made his shirt green to hint about his true colors on the inside.
3. I don’t have a lot to say about Fiddlement’s design. I just tried to make it look both stylish and cozy. Perfect for looking elegant, while at the same time surviving the chilly temperatures of Light Island and Nexus. Where does the glow under her skirt and around her head come from? I don’t know either. Why are her eyes like that? Ask BBB idk. I guess I lied about not having a lot to say. Whoopsie daisy.
4. I hope I drew this respectfully, since Im not really familiar with all the kimono rules. I was inspired partially by the outfits in Bon Dance (Rhythm Tengoku) and some random images I found on Pinterest. I tried to make her hairstyle resemble her claw(?) as a monster. I feel like I should’ve added more feathers, but idk where I would add them. So it’s whatever.
5. Idk whats going on with that pose, all I know is that I wanted to show off their cape. Nothing else worth noting.
Ok thats it. Good night sleep tight don’t let the bedbugs bite
