I feel like ramble dumping so I will. Endos are very very dangerous for CDD havers. I used to believe endo things back in 2020 up until early 2021 because of the fact I didn’t understand anything and latched onto the fact of “oh my trauma couldn’t have been that bad to actively create alters” and we thought the term for our guys was tulpas and not what the guys were introjects / fictives at the time because we stumbled across a pretty legit looking (to us at least) site that said that you could totally form “tulpas of fictional characters”.
They hurt the community by seeming like a safer option for those who feel like their trauma wasn’t bad enough to develop CDDs for those of us and them who weren’t actively yk- roleplaying system stuff and actively didn’t understand.
I promise you- your trauma was bad enough if you have guys in your brain coupled with amnesia and whatnot. Or even lack of specific amnesias for OSDD systems.
Tulpas aren’t real in the sense that endos like to claim. I promise that if they are truly guys and you’ve had a bad childhood growing up then they are alters. Not tulpas. Not tulpas based on fictional characters. Tulpas are a completely different practice that the western side of things have bastardized. I’m saying this to you as a white American. I may be dumb but I’m not that stupid.
It’s okay if you feel bad for believing endo rhetoric and being pro endo about things before you educated properly. It isn’t your fault. They get you like that.
And I promise my blog will be a safe place for those who used to identify as such whether due to misinformation or for viewing their trauma as not bad enough.
Another thing that we believed in was “mixed origins” which the thing that helped snap us to reality is nobody can be born twice (in one specific life) / have two different starts to their existence. The moment the system happens it’s either trauma based or it can’t happen. Sure you can split off alters that feel like what they call “endogenic parts” later in life but every part has a purpose even if it isn’t noticeable at first.
