Really like this piece, been dealing with more depersonalization recently LOL
being happy while having a disorder and "this disorder is so fun!!!" arent the same thing
things that do not mean you're faking systemality:
having a high alter count
having very little amnesia
having lots of introjects
using sign offs and decorating your system trackers
having comorbid disorders
not knowing whether you have osdd, pdid, did
having dramatic switches
being cringe
not being diagnosed
being a teenager
not remembering trauma
experiencing ramcoa or oea
If you want to be “normal about introjects” you have to start being normal about abuser introjects btw. Just saying.
could just be a me problem but why do --> some <-- pro endos/ntgs insist on only tagging their posts as "plural" and no actual tags regarding their stance on endos
I'll say it again and I've said it before, it is so irritating to scroll through hundreds of posts just to find out if a user supports ableism or not
(Like I understand people not wanting to interact with "syscourse" and all, but that shouldn't even be considered syscourse in the first place)
Hatsune Miku is Aggressively Anti Endo :D!!
if you just discovered your system, PLEASE do not research did/osdd/pdid/cdds on carrds or just sites which were made by people who are not professionals.
why?
many of these websites may have outdated sources in them or just things about did/osdd/etc which are false. and this misinformation may be harmful to you when researching more.
sites that i recommend when researching about cdds are .org, .edu or .gov sites. as for individual sites, i recommend the mayo clinic, ICD-11, DSM5 and Cleveland clinic. there are more sites that i want to list but im too tired.
have a nice day, syscuties :]
Remember to take a break from "syscourse" every now and then.
It is not healthy to spend all your time fighting with people that will not stop being ableist. It's okay to rest, it's okay to get away from screens. It doesn't make you a coward.
Please take care of yourselves. Drink water, eat, sleep/take naps. And have a good timezone!
