Back again! And now with friends!
So here we are again, starting over again with Shaun T. I’m currently half way through my second year at uni, and having made some friends at my current accommodation, we discovered we’d all done insanity before!
Now we’re gonna do it again, and with peer motivation I think it’ll be much easier. I have to do my fit test tonight, but since we all have different timetables and we’re all studying different courses, our workouts will be at 8am in the campus gym 😥
Also, being a uni student, I’m in a perpetual state of being broke. I’m not going to be able to stick to a strict diet like a did the (very) first time around since I was still living at home and therefore got all my food bought for me. I don’t want to buy a lot of food for half of it to go to waste. I guess it’s time to buy a food diary and make (even more) use of the power of the freezer!
I’ll be tagging every workout in the same fashion (the day, the week, the exercise type, but as ___b so as to distinguish the years so the tags don’t get complicated!
And to my followers, old and perhaps new, how have you all been? I get that fitness blogs drop in and out of activity, so what’s everyone been up to after insanity, let me know!!
