Day 9b: Pure Cardio
Only the two of us this morning, and wow was I tired. Like the first time around, when you’re first able to keep doing something not knowing where the energy’s coming from, is a good feeling; it shows what you’re actually capable of, even if you’re not aware of it. Got to the push-up jacks and I was still doing them, despite not having a clue how!
Food wise, I’m actually enjoying making all my own meals from scratch, but I think I’ll make lunches the night before. I made a chicken, spinach and creme cheese bagel for lunch, and also made vegan mince lettuce tacos (with tomato and a chopped boiled egg) for dinner. I’m pretty sure I’m not meeting my required calorie intake per day (I’m assuming around 1500/1600cals) but I’m waiting until I’m hungry enough to make a meal to eat. Not buying 200g chocolate bars to munch on is definitely a help as well!
