Barry was probably the best dad ever. He obviously was great at getting things you needed for the kids or for them, running all over the place to make sure diapers were changed or toys were fixed. He also would slow down for them too, holding them an extra second longer than necessary, or tucking them in with an extra story at night. He was always there for a horsey ride or to kiss a booboo. Barry Allen was sweet and good and would do anything for his kids.
Character: Cisco Ramon
Cisco had been shocked when you said you were having a baby and at first he wasn’t sure what to do with them. It took some time for him to bond with your baby, but once he did o man. He was the goofball dad who would bend over backwards, literally, to make your child smile. And he would count the days until they were old enough for one of his favorite movies, making sure they were excited about it and were understanding. The only time he got annoyed is when he could not get them to watch Back to the Future, but finally they gave in and loved it, just like he knew they would.
Character: Caitlin Snow
Caitlin had worried that she wouldn’t be a good mother, that she would be cold and focused too much on her career like her mother was. However, once she had a baby she knew she wouldn’t be that way. Caitlin was loving and soft, always speaking quietly and calmly, barely ever raising her voice, which helped to keep her child calm when they were hurt or in trouble, making them easier to handle and discipline. She would also be a wonderful comfort when her child needed someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry on. And she always was able to take them to S.T.A.R Labs when they needed cheering up.
Character: Julian Albert
Julian had of course been nervous about having a child and sometimes he could seem a bit standoffish with his children, but more often than not he was a warm, caring father who just wanted to see his children happy. That meant ice cream for dinner some nights and him getting up extra early to make pancakes but he would do it. And sometimes, when they begged enough he would call up his friend ‘The Flash’ for him to come and visit.
