Caiyah came running out of the darkness with her arms open wide. There was a command she had to obey to the best of her ability. One she couldn't resist. She must hug her friends. Look out kiddos, Caiyah has come to hug Milo and Christopher. Oh look, a new possible friend too?

"Greetin's, howdy, Christopher! Howdy, to ya too! Ya'll, where's Milo? Sorry 'bout this, Christopher, I gotta hug ya, hun!" Caiyah called out as she ran up to Christopher, attempting to shove her pleasentries, greetings and warnings out before she got to them.

Got sore from all the drawing on my phone app, so thought some traditional drawing would be a nice change of pace. So Caiyah sketch.

Petal and her friend, Caiyah, a semi wild girl she found in the woods! Petal taught her how to make flower crowns. Caiyah still needs more practice.

Chara stiffens up all over at the feeling of their name being called in the darkness, back straightening. Time has no meaning here, but they must have been working for hours, right? Months, maybe? No matter. It can wait. It takes a moment to force their body to face coporeality, shuddering at the sudden cold against their skin, staring at the back of the familiar vessel. "You called for me..?" They mumble, brushing a strand of hair behind their ear, flustered by their own unkept appearance.

Caiyah bounced where she stood when she heard that good, familiar, albit tired voice.

"Chara?" Caiyah chimed and spun around, her arms still outstretched. Yes, Chara was here.

"Yay, Chara, ya here! Come 'ere! I gotta hug ya!" Caiyah is making grabby hands. Hug, hug.

Caiyah trembles as she stopped running. It wasn't possible to hug all her friends. She needed to hug them. The urge commands her.

"Chara?! Are ya there? I gotta hug ya, hun!" Caiyah hoists her bandaged hands up high, reaching up into the darkness. How could she not embrace her first friend?

"Chara?"

Caiyah stiffened as an urge washed over her. One she felt no need to resist. She smiled brightly and took off running into the darkness to find her friends! She needs them, she has to hug them all!

Caiyah picks at the cuts on her fingers. It stings. She hopes her friends are doing well out there somewhere. . .

The child frowns slightly.

She realizes she doesn't really remember some of the faces. This worries her.
