Cajun seasoning 1 large lemon Cooked white rice, for serving Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with lightly-oiled foil. Dice the bell peppers into chunky pieces, quarter the potatoes, and slice the sausage into rounds. Place them in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with seasonings, and toss to coat. Arrange in an even layer on the sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Place the shrimp in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with seasonings, and toss to coat. Slice the lemon into wheels.
