Ordering Your Goddess Cakes
ORDERING YOUR GODDESS CAKES:
1. Please email me at [email protected] with your order. Please be specific on size and flavor, how many bundt cakes you want and any add ons. Include the address that you want your cakes shipped to (don't forget any suite or apartment numbers). Be sure to order from the email address that is associated with your paypal account.
2. I will then send you a Paypal money request for the cakes, which will include shipping charges. .
3. Once I receive your paid order, I will send send you an invoice from my from [email protected]. Please make sure you pay within 24 hours to avoid cancellations.
4. Your order will be made and shipped out within 24 hours.
5. Once you receive your order I ask that you take a picture and submit a review.
Since these are bundt cakes and very dense and no 2 cakes are the same size and weight, I will ship them out at a flat rate of $10.95 Priority Mail via USPS. I ship this way because any given orders can ship from $7.00 - $11.00 and I can't determine your shipping charges until the product is finished, ready for shipment and weighed. Sorry guys, I just find that this has been the most successful method of shipping.
You wil receive your order within 2-3 days. This will ensure that your cakes will arrive in one piece and get to you in a timely manner.
**Please note that I cannot be responsible for any items that do not arrive to the shipping address that you provide. If there are any questions, you may call or email me as I do want repeat customers and I will try and resolve the situation to the best of my ability.
Any orders weighing over 2lbs will ship at a flat rate starting at $14.95 depending on what postal zone you are in.
