Yellow: 7 facts about my childhood:
I never moved house, I only moved to go to university.
I never broke any bones, either and still haven't.
I went to a primary school that never had more than 100 students. It was awful.
When I was little, at the local wildlife park I once chased an emu into the tree. We don't know what happened to it after that.
Apparently, one time my grandmother took me grocery shopping and she put a punnet of strawberries in the cart. I then apparently screamed all around the supermarket for them until some random woman told my grandmother to just give them to me. On a related note, I don't care much for strawberries now.
Also apparently, until I was four and even though I couldn't fit into it anymore, I refused to sleep in an actual bed and insisted upon sleeping in a cot at the same grandparent's place.
When I was five, I was pushed down a long flight of cement stairs, and since then I've never really been good with stairs - I'll take an elevator, escalator or travelator whenever possible.
Orange: 6 facts about my home town
On population, it's the largest city outside of Adelaide.
The water source is a lake formed inside a dormant\extinct volcano (and is probably some of the best drinking water in the state).
It's very close to being exactly half way between Adelaide and Melbourne.
The first attempt at a bus station was $70000 worth of suburban bus shelters and an aluminum shed with toilets. The second attempt was $250,000 worth of shade cloth mounted on metal poles with some glass fencing and aluminium benches.
The populace is, generally speaking, painfully conservative and it hurts my brain that they are.
