I want to share with you one of my favorite cake of all times!!! . 2 cups flour 11/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup dutch cocoa 1/2 cup yoghurt 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup vegetable oil ( your choice) 1 tablespoon coffee 1 cup boiling water 2 large eggs 2 teaspoon baking powder 11/2 teaspoon baking soda Pinch of salt 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. Vanilla Sift flour,baking powder,baking soda, salt,cocoa together. Add coffee,sugar. Whisk all together In another bowl whisk oil,buttermilk, yoghurt, eggs and flavor together Fold into the flour mixture Reduce speed and add the boiling water till combined Steam bake in an 8' pan till done. . .
