I want to share with you one of my favorite cake of all times!!! . 2 cups flour 11/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup dutch cocoa 1/2 cup yoghurt 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup vegetable oil ( your choice) 1 tablespoon coffee 1 cup boiling water 2 large eggs 2 teaspoon baking powder 11/2 teaspoon baking soda Pinch of salt 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. Vanilla Sift flour,baking powder,baking soda, salt,cocoa together. Add coffee,sugar. Whisk all together In another bowl whisk oil,buttermilk, yoghurt, eggs and flavor together Fold into the flour mixture Reduce speed and add the boiling water till combined Steam bake in an 8' pan till done. . . Considering the fact that there are many recipes out there, you are left wondering which one is the best one to work with 🌈 . Therefore Today I want to share with you the recipe that has worked for me... 🌹 Icing sugar- 500g ☀ Gelatine powder- 1/2 tablespoon ☀ CMC- 1/2 teaspoon ☀ Boiled cool water- 1/6 cup ☀ Glucose - 1/4 cup 🌈 Sift icing sugar. Measure water,sprinkle gelatin on it, let it soak up. Stir till dissolved. Add glucose, mix. Measure CMC add to icing sugar. Add the liquid gradually into the powder.. Turn unto a flat surface. Knead properly till you get a smooth paste. . ☀ Feel free to use and share.
