"Gave it a try to Master's program." WU: Foam Roll Hip Mobility Strength: Deadlift (2 min Rest between each set.) 1x10 @55% 1x10 @65% 1x6 @75% 1x6 @80% 1x6 @85% 1x4 @90% (126 lbs.) WOD: 14 min AMRAP 60 cal Row 50 TTB 40 Wall Ball 30 Clean 20 Muscle Up [RESULT] 150 (Finished 40 WB) ----------------------------------------------------------- Deadlift was fun. It didn't feel too hard. The AMRAP on the other hand was. I wish I got to the clean...the rowing took too much time. I almost rowed 1000m to get to 60 calories. It was rough but really fun workout.
