I think it’s safe to say that Brexit is very quickly turning into a disaster. While there is no guarantee as to what will happen next year, what is already strikingly obvious is how little Westminster cares about the laws implemented in Scotland. They have illegally disregarded a number of our laws since the start of Brexit - the point of our country having a Devolved Parliament is so our voices can be heard. The fact that this is being disregarded is terrifying for what it could mean for our Parliaments future; for our future.
I try my best not to get too into my political opinion (at least towards the UK and the state of it) on Tumblr simply because I’m aware of the problems it can cause.
But at the end of the day, I’d rather face our uncertain future knowing my country was being looked after by people who cared about my country as opposed to facing an uncertain future lead by people who openly despise my country.
