The medallion is struck in sturdy metal alloy and given an antique silver finish which resists tarnishing. It is an impressive 1.5 inches (38mm) in diameter - the same large size as a U.S. Mint Morgan Silver Dollar - it will get noticed and be an instant conversation starter. The medallion is mounted in a genuine ribbed-edge gold-filled coin bezel. The bail at the top of the bezel has opening of approximately 4mm diameter to accept your chains or cords.
