For large group events Symons presents its menu in a variety of service styles: buffet or family style for seated banquets and stationary and/or passed passed hors d’oeuvres for cocktail receptions. In addition to offering our legendary southern style BBQ, sides and desserts served with our warm gracious hospitality we are able to provide a venue located on the historic Symons Valley Ranch. The Ranch property has an atmosphere that is unique, memorable & transporting. The roadhouse has capacity for 125 inside for seated events or standing cocktail receptions & additional 150 on the patio. Also located on the ranch property are several semi-private areas to host smaller groups from 10-60 or up to 500 in tented areas. Symons Valley Ranch is a relaxed alternative to stuffy corporate event spaces and fussy formal dining rooms. Country, Rock, Blues & even Karaoke bands can be booked for any private event as well.
