In noogai au, victim and chosen share a birthday no? It’s be nice if noogai tried to prepare a small party or at least a cake + present for each of them… only for them to not understand what a birthday is and Tim essentially going: “why the hell would you celebrate the day you wanted to MURDER my ass”. Chosen is very grateful for the cake tho even if it’s awkward

hmm. for virabot alan: would he develop any unique 'quirks', instincts etc.? i think this was mentioned before, but i'm just thinking about how not only would alan have to get used to them and even understand them but so would the cg! not only is he not like other sticks, but now he's even MORE unlike other sticks! dude is messed up in all sorts of ways
ooh speaking of if he did develop such things could you imagine his confusion (and fear) of not understanding them or even knowing he has them? idk much about spiders (because i fear them) so sadly i can't give you any examples/scenarios for this idea
gosh now that i'm writing this out another idea/question popped up in my head: i think you mentioned that he'd sorta be out of it after he transforms (and gets under dark's control i think but i might be wrong), right? well, how would he get out of that? would the code or whatever just be removed? i personally find the longer route more interesting: the cg helping him deal with that and the instincts mentioned above and him slowly becoming himself again, but still having difficulties with it. maybe sometimes he just sits and dissasosiates
i think if he were any spider it'd likely be tarantula! of course the virabots are a different kind of spider though. so alan primarily uses force rather than webs to fight and is very drawn to movement. he also likes dark places and will often hide under anywhere he can fit if given the option.
he probably needs his glasses replaced by the point where he's fully spider also, but Dark doesn't really bother considering he can usually tell the hollowheads apart from other sticks and also he's still able to discern colors and everything.
also i imagine that he can fight the control but like Dark, leaving it untreated can have major consequences that range from withdrawal symptoms (shaking, crabbiness, etc etc) to completely losing control of himself! the best thing to do is probably still to shear it out of his code and while they obviously can't repair the whole of his code, yellow can do their best! it would still likely make him sick for a while and take time for him to recover though!
him seeing them eating the food and blurting out "wait you actually eat that stuff??? I thought you were using that as part of my punishment" and then immediately shuts up
And then he realizes that of course they don't know how to cook, they're kids that live alone and no one taught them

regarding the avian Alan being a phoenix like other hollows.. imagine he burns off his wings somehow (like, accidentally maybe during a scare or because of a rocket corp ambush or whatever) and he puts on this show of mourning the loss of his wings for his kids and then just Chosen. Comes up to him and “reassures” him that his wings will regrow on their own. And Alan’s face is just that of absolute devastation like.. what.. no.. all of that? AGAIN?
well. at least his wings won't be crooked anymore...
saw you were looking for selkie, noogai or amnesia au asks. i got some more thoughts and ideas i could share hehe. here, have this wall of text.
selkie au: you've said that maybe the whole "stick alan renames victim" could be possible in this au right? so, victim captures everyone, uses them as hostages so alan complies and then gets renamed. now that they have all the power they need they can take revenge on alan, or so they thought. they try to change some of his code but they... can't! why? spaghetti code! they can't erase the human part of him! i did have more ideas for this but i will write that down on my own blog, but basically, immunity or partial immunity to viruses and glitches! because he wasn't originally made from code! so once again, even if victim has all the power, it was all for nothing. just like in canon.
noogai au: i believe you've once said victim totally would pull a king move after the booth 30 incident. maybe the accident could cause victim to seek the whole name change thing? not really sure how they'd do it, but regardless idk if this was said before BUT imagine that scene of king trying to basically kill purple at the end of avm 30, but it's victim (or h4ck3r?) trying to kill orange. however they get flashbacks to noogai in the booth. maybe noogai can be unconscious after the incident, in a coma or just having a hard time recovering, but the former would mean he wouldn't be able to tell victim that he doesn't want this!
amnesia au: after alan is finally rescued, imagine him walking around aimlessly trying to find victim, maybe even calling out for him. the cg are outside and they just start hearing a faint "victim...! victim...!" coming from the house. they go to check and alan is walking around which he SHOULDN'T be doing during his recovery, but the reason he's up is because 1. he wants to find his "friend" and 2. he thinks he needs more "treatment" (not knowing what that "treatment" was yet). imagine the first signs of him recovering are him remembering orange's name. at first it's "who are you?" and "what's your name again?", but that goes to "you're... orange, right?". eventually, he calls orange "second" unprompted (orange hasn't introduced themselves as "second" during the recovery), signaling that he remembered something on his own and orange starts crying cuz he remembered and he just goes to hug and comfort them, not knowing why. one more scenario: orange was shown to be able to sense when something's wrong, so imagine they get a nightmare about alan forgetting them BEFORE alan gets turned into a stick. they go to alan and ask if he'd ever forget them and alan ofc says "i could never forget my son". later he goes missing and when they finally find him... he doesn't know who orange is. oh my fucking god i just had a HORRIBLY evil idea. you know how some patients have a moment of clarity before they die? like they remember and can walk around like nothing's wrong and shit? imagine that but it happens right before nightshade goes into a coma. you COULD also bring in the spaghetti code in here too maybe... perhaps as an explanation for why his memories keep coming back even after getting erased.
reverse!selkie au (as a treat): imagine the whole h4ck3r thing happens much much earlier, before king becomes a stick. dark and vic see how much that human affected their dad and decide to take revenge, but vic needs a name change to get powers. so, they fool human king into renaming victim to h4ck3r! out of all aus i think this one has the easiest explanation for the whole h4ck3r thing.

YEAH... i like the idea that alan's 'encrypted' code is a boon sometimes! this is very interesting— and yeah, the hostage situation is way more likely to get alan to comply! although i do think it's way more obvious that alan's not got his heart in the fight— this was never what he wanted!! he just wants his kids to be safe :(
OUGH... YEAH... I think it'd only happen if Noogai was severely injured like that, yes! although H4ck3r would have a much easier time destroying minecraft i think! you also have to keep in mind that SC is still their littlest sibling, though, so i think SC could still stop them! however I do want you to consider: what if it was purple and gold stopping Vic instead???
YES YES YES I LOVE ALL OF THIS...... Alan slowly recovering his memories of the others oh my god... the poor sticks when he disappears again and comes back as a husk— and vic being somewhat relieved when he does end up coming out fine— less relieved when he quickly remembers who he is... thinks that one more time will do it, he'll be fixed— but then he just drops into a comatose state... hrgh
MAN... YEAH... especially if he had gold for a little bit before becoming a stick I could totally see that!!! i also was brewing the idea of H4ck3r causing stick!alan (they did have the capacity to affect alan's lights!!) and i think that could totally be the case for king here! brought into this world as punishment...
hello. im normal about victim. very normal. im very normal about the fact that after he fought Alan and wrecked his files and the computer was unplugged he just kind of deflated. im very normal about how he just curled up and sat there.
i am very normal about how he used his powers like chosen does/did. and how he summoned the weapons from ava 1 to fight Alan. and how he changed the pc to look like the old pc. im incredibly normal :D

i'm kind of obsessed with the idea that vic didn't think about the fact that he's still, in the end, in control of his own computer... and they felt defeated when they couldn't fully destroy his computer.... i'm obsessed with how victim acted IN GENERAL tbh. the lashing out, the stupid hacker -> h4ck3r thing, the way they curled up, their expression when dark offered the idea of mitsi again.... just... AURGGHHHHHHH.

Imagine this:
Alan becomes a stick before dark gets him. The cg spend time with him, start helping him adjust and then when the showdown is supposed to happen dark, instead of making virabots, kidnaps the guy when no one is at the pc. Maybe they do male virabots but for the purpose of kidnappigln. The cg come back to the pc and alan is just... gone. And he couldn't have gone far because the guy is still adjusting to being a stick! He's nowhere on the pc, time is passing and not a peep from him and the cg don't even know a iur the outernet or about dark and chosen! The only person in this scenario that would actually be able to save alan would be chosen which is where the betrayl that dark felt from chosen (that happened in the showdown) could come from but it would be prolonged
In another scenario you can have dark make alan into a stick and then for the cg alan just leaves one day and never comes back
OHH TRUE... i can imagine how horrified they'd be upon finding him again... i imagine Alan is very shaken and also broken by the time he gets away from Dark so the others are pretty much confronted with a completely different side of Alan after this— it takes a while to get him back to normal even if he trusts the CG far more than Dark!
