this is caligari he's a millennium old fungus from space that likes to collect mythical creatures . He's from Bigtop Burger which had its finale recently, I hiiiighly recommend the show, takes like 30-35 mins to watch all 3 seasons!! I think he's right up your alley, I've been posting abt him myself nonstop :3
