3316 S. Bell Ave.: This section of sidewalk is located on the west side of Bell Avenue, next to a residence, and the surface is uneven and raised. A concrete slab has been pushed upward, possibly due to nearby tree roots—creating a noticeable height difference between the sidewalk slabs. This uneven surface poses a significant tripping hazard to pedestrians. If you notice any hazardous sidewalks in the Greater Chicago area and wish to report them, please call 311 or visit 311.chicago.gov. If you take photos of hazardous sidewalks, feel free to tweet them to @redlineproject on Twitter.
