Callington calls
Built in Oatlands in 1837, Callington Mill is the third oldest windmill in Australia. Just an hour's drive from Hobart and 1.5 hours from Launceston, this gorgeous example of Georgian architecture and country quaintness is a great destination for photographers and food lovers alike.
Since being restored in 2010, the mill produces locally-sourced flour as it did nearly 2 centuries ago. You can even climb to the top of the mill to see the grounds and into the nearby countryside.
