Wow this shit gets confusing..,.appears CA won't be aligning the medical and recreational regulations and laws until at least 2020. Big differences like medical users limit for daily purchases and possession is up to 8oz and recreational only 1oz. For small growers the details of recreational v medical and state v local permits are nearly impossible to navigate. Lawyers and outsiders with money are investing their extra millions and profiting more extra millions while growers are forced to stay underground and take risks with our savings required for our families livelihood if we want to stay in the cannabis market. Supply and demand law says they have to have our cannabis to achieve their tax and investment goals, at least for the next few years while mega farms come online .... Hippocrates and idiots sing the same old tune bitting the hand that feeds them and eventually always will cone back to bite them in the end. I hope the Feds or the Heads cause this market to crash and rethink the approach, I'm a Head, and never thought I'd wish for help from the Feds.... weird times we are in.
