I've been on a weight loss plateau for almost 2 years now. I've tried eating less calories, I've tried eating more calories, I've cut out and put back in all types of food, I've tried different workouts and now I've been vegan for 3 months and still nothing. I don't know what to do and I desperately want these last 20lbs off! Help?

Stick to working out and eating healthy, it can be discouraging to be stuck but don't give up or stop. You can try adding some weight training, since the more muscle you have it helps you burn more fat. Also try changing up your workouts every so often so your body doesn't get used to it and add in some HIIT. Hope that helps :)

Is it possible for someone who is 135lbs and already a pretty healthy eater to lose 20lbs in 3 months by running 6 days a week, doing yoga, Pilates, or an arm exercise 5 days a week, and an ab workout everyday?

Yeah it’s definitely possible to lose 20lbs in 3 months if you continue to eat healthy and stick to working out.
