19: Underwater Kiss
Kariya floated in the pool of the shallow end, eyes watching as Suzuno swam laps around the pool area.
Kariya himself was never a great swimmer, he would rather keep to the more shallow ends and just float or swim around. Going into the deeper end of the pool wasn’t his forte.
A huff passed Kariya’s lips as he sank underneath the water, cheeks puffed out as he held his breath. He began to look around and turned behind him, meeting Suzuno face to face— literally.
His lips met Suzuno’s and both teens eyes widened, shock written clearly before they quickly pulled away and resurfaced, Kariya’s face turning beet red.
“Why the hell were you behind me, Fuusuke-nii?” Kariya shouted, doing his best to take a step back but movement was difficult to walk in a pool.
“I was hoping to surprise you, jeez, it was just a kiss. It’s not like you to be so embarrassed, after all when you were younger you always asked for—”
“SHUT UP!”
The Icey Older Brother || Suzuno + Kariya
It had been a surprise to Kariya when he first encountered Hiroto the first day he had transferred to the academy, and especially greeting the older with a bunch of ice tea being dumped upon him.
Then there was also Nagumo and Midorikawa, or as he calls them "Haruya-nii" and "Ryuuji-nii", and it didn't help the fact that Hiroto was already embarassing enough (sometimes) and that he was helping Midorikawa with some.... love issues over baking cookies.
It should have come as a surprise to him when Hitomiko-nii had called up Kariya informing Suzuno's arrival, wanting the teal haired boy to go greet him at the very least.
And so, here he was, searching for a certain white haired, stoic teen, occasionally calling out, "Fuusuke-nii! Fuusuke-nii!" like a lost child would calling for their mother.
"Fuuuuuusuuuukeeee-niiiiiii!!"
