Even in the shade, Omar's eyes glowed like the sun, a fiery gold, the purple hue of his skin seemed to leap out like a sunrise off his body and his long legs were crossed, joined at the ankle. His hair was black like melted tar, it was still slicked back and wet from the ocean, droplets of water flashed and leaped from the faerie's legs like sparks, he stood up from his towel and stepped out from the shade, his body was awash with light, the droplets like tiny bolts of lightning dancing in his hair and his huge bat-like wings. He stretched his long arms like a great cat, yawned and opened his eyes like tiny supernovae to see Calran running up to him and kissing his still-wet lips. Omar blushed but he giggled a little and the two sat down, kissing more intensely and if the Wood Elf had freckles, Omar was close enough to count each one.
