Dragons and friends playing an RPG in the Warlock’s Menagerie , AKA The Warlock Menagerie, supplement for OD&D and The Complete Warlock (Cathy Hill cover, Balboa Games, 1980)  Judging from the miniature on the table, the unicorn is playing a unicorn.  The little winged frog with D6s in the foreground could be cousin to the spottle toad.
