I've been steadily going through Therion's entire discography since like. February. I still have 5 albums left to go but like let's fucking GET THIS BREAD this is literally my time...

Nice! I am personally entirely unfamiliar woth them (I think) and I've postponed listening to them the past few weeks so it'll be even more of a surprise when the bracket is ready, but I'm veeeery curious!

yeah!! i watched it a long time ago so my memories of it are fuzzy but garma appreciation is forever 💜 i'm always getting into stuff and shoving aside the main characters in favor of whatever random freak appears and i go THAT ONE I WANT THAT ONE

and pleaaaaase read The Scum Villain's Self-Saving System it's fun and heartbreaking and the narrator is soooo unreliable, it's awesome and i love it so much!!

i listened to your orchestral music recs and. wow. wowww! I'd never even heard of vaughan williams before, such a delicate and graceful sound in his compositions...so i'm politely asking for more recs if you have them (i know you do teehee!) & I also wanted to ask how you got so into orchestral/symphonic music? i neeeed to learn more about it

yay i'm glad!! i have an emotional support classical music radio station that i keep on in the background while i write (and i write A LOT) so my ears have been blessed by many wonderful compositions over the years 💕

for romanian metal recommendations: of course E-An-Na, specifically their Jiana EP and Alveolar album, Bucovina especially their Duh EP, An Theos has a few good songs (Noaptea Sanzienelor, Susur De Apa, Ai Codrului, Vuiet De Jale), Harmasar are Moldovan but they're soooo good, I especially like their EP Pacatu'

For rock, obviously Dirty Shirt, Cargo, and I would also recommend Lupii Lui Calancea who are Moldovan. I particularly like the album Lupii Lui Calancea & Surorile Osoianu, "Astazi Beata, Maine Beata" was I think my top played song of last year

2. What movie have you watched most recently?

Kill Bill 1&2. Mixed feelings but I fell out of my chair every time Elle Driver was on screen. Jesus. (Also seeing Uma Thurman in this movie almost made me cut bangs again. It was a close call.)

3. What are you looking forward to right now?

New Year’s Day! I love new years, it feels like a fresh start. I’m planning to cook a lot and go skating. :-)
