Cambie St, Vancouver, in Three Parts. Welcome to the most expensive real estate market in the country. Vancouver is an interesting juxtaposition of elite natural beauty and resort town living, and incredible displays of filth and grinding poverty. Such as this spot I passed every day for a year, as part of my walk to work at Relic Entertainment. This is 891 Cambie, Carl Capital Inc. And every day, this cubby was strewn with different kinds of medical waste, human refuse, old clothes, meth toys, and more. I don’t think I ever saw it clean. Living in Vancouver means the needles and medical waste are as much a part of the view as the mountains and the pacific.
