My posting on instagram has changed QUITE a lot, in fact you may argue that it is quite "un-instagrammy." 90% of my posts are scheduled – I rarely, if ever, post on the go. The reason for this, as I hope you understand, is that my social media presence is part of my business, and as such I need to take it quite seriously & be able to post consistently. In order to post consistently, it is much easier for me to pick a time of a week to sit down and flesh out the content all in one go, rather than being stopped at random times during the week when the sudden inspiration to post strikes me. Especially since the the expectation to write compelling, meaningful captions is so high. BUT A NOTE ON THAT. I have found, over time, that I quite enjoy writing personal and insightful captions to share with you guys. Some of you have said that you like reading them too, which means a lot to me. I've wondered about starting an actual blog, but since so many people engage with my stuff here, is it worth it to change what works already?
