Cameron Boyle - Half-blood wizard of Chinese descent. Once threatened smear the portrait of Elizabeth Burke with pond slime for using the term mud-blood.

Amrish Gupta - Both parents are muggle-born. wizard of Indian descent good friends with Cameron Boyle. Set off Exploding Whizz Poppers in Alecto's Muggle studies class.

Glynis Mexborough - Welsh half-blood witch. Grandmother was Banshee, backup singer for Celestia Warbeck. Friends with Phyllis Whitehead who is a year older. Has a pet moon frog named Eirwen.

Mildred Peebles - witch with a penchant for outrageous and mischievous pranks. Close friends with Ona and Spencer.

Ona Parangyo - witch of Somalian descent. Best friends with Mildred and Spencer. Snuck U-No-Poo in Amycus Carrow's wine goblet.

Spencer Whiddon - Friends with Mildred and Ona, has a hidden stash of Weasleys' Wheezes products under his bed via mail order.

First Meetup - Dean and Cameron

Today was the day -- it was the first time Cameron was set to meet him. Dean was there early, as he usually was when he had to be somewhere. They had agreed to meet at four and Dean was there before three-fourty. He had spent his time idly waiting on the bench in which he first met him almost a week prior. His fingers tapped against his legs while his feet tapped the ground. It would be interesting to see if the other man showed up.

He took his phone out of his pocket to check the time. It was three fifty-eight.  Two more minutes and he was supposed to be here. Of course Dean would not hold it against him if he was late, but he had this sinking feeling that he wasn't going to show up. Why would he? Dean was just some guy he met while on a walk a week ago. He had no obligation to be there and no real reason to be there.

But Dean held out hope. He would wait there for a good long while hanging on to the hope he would show up. He really needed another friend, another outcast like him.
